本課程圍繞代理式 AI（Agentic AI）的基礎概念，拆解代理如何從「只回答問題」變成「能規劃、呼叫工具、執行多步任務」。學員會接觸代理迴圈（感知—決策—行動）、ReAct 模式、規劃與反思、工具呼叫（function calling）、短期與長期記憶、檢索增強生成（RAG）等具體機制；中文案例會以客服查詢、表單整理、知識庫問答與會議記錄整理為主，並在 Coze、Dify 等 no-code 平台中進行操作。 課程不要求寫程式碼，但會實際設定系統提示詞、工具描述、輸出格式、記憶範圍與終止條件，並加入人機確認節點與權限限制。完成後，學員能用中文指令與介面建立可追蹤、可修正、有安全邊界的代理流程，而不是只停留在概念說明。
